About the Facilitator

Facilitator, Linda Lauder, brings a wealth of professional and personal knowledge to workplace harassment issues. Since 1990 she has been engaged in violence prevention work. Linda has written & delivered anti-bullying programs to 38 schools and presented workshops to organizations agencies & businesses in Ontario. 

Before her teaching career in England, Linda Lauder worked in a variety of environments. Her personal experiences in factories, restaurants, farms, corporate offices & government workplaces have given her an honest understanding of the working cultures within a variety of business and organizational settings.
